CNC Electronics Engineer

  • Perform highly diversified duties to install, maintain, repair, troubleshoot, align, and calibrate production machines with special emphasis on electronics and control systems
  • Perform mechanic skills including, but not limited to, mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, troubleshooting and repair of production machines.
  • Read work orders to perform required maintenance and service
  • Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, test and make adjustments
  • Use a variety of hand and power tools, electric meters and material handling equipment in performing duties

CNC Service Senior Engineer

  • CNC machine tool mechanical systems diagnostics and repair
  • CNC machine tool electrical systems diagnostics and repair
  • CNC machine tool installation, setup, and run-off
  • Fanuc / Siemens / Heidenhain CNC system operation and modification
  • Renishaw alignment and calibration products and their usage: XL-80, XR20-W, QC20-W ball bar
